Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Shirts must be unworn and unwashed, with all packaging.
- Bags must be unused and in their original condition, with all packaging.
Exchanges Size exchanges on shirts are free. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your size is sold out, we'll offer a refund instead.
Refunds A $20 fee (in your order's currency) is deducted from each refund to cover return logistics and shipping. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
Defective items If your item arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll provide a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
How to start a return or exchange Email esteban@kamsa-studio.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return or exchange. We'll reply with return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders outside Canada and the United States, any duties or import taxes are non-refundable.
